Due to concern regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), New York Botanical Garden will be closed to the public beginning March 16

Your visit to the picturesque landscape with 50 acres of old-growth forest complete with a freshwater river in a rock-cut gorge will give you a new-found appreciation for the world’s flora.

Within the 250-acre living museum there are endless indoor and outdoor displays of plants and flowers that will activate all of your senses. The vast collections provide something for everyone with water lilies and lotuses, rose garden, maple collection, rock garden, wetland trails, children’s adventure garden and so much more. Regardless of the season there is always something to discover with 50 stunning gardens, indoor rainforests and deserts, waterfalls and rolling green hills.

Escape from the hustle and bustle of the concrete jungle with seasonal exhibits - you’ll be inspired to put your green thumb to work!
