NYC Fashion Window Walking Tour

New York’s retail window displays are notoriously glamourous, fantastic and fun. Take a 2-hour walking tour along approximately 20 blocks to see and learn about the artistry and design that goes into making these windows the spectacle that they are. Renowned world-wide, New York’s premier fashion districts will entertain you with their “wow” factor. See the most famous fashion brands and department stores and learn how the most creative retailers design their artistic masterpieces.

If you ever wondered where Modern Family’s Sofia Vergara does her shopping or how Sex and the City’s Carrie Bradshaw looks so good in her outifts, this tour will enlighten you even while you’re discovering the world’s largest shoe store. While the tour doesn’t stop for you to shop at these locations, you’ll know where to go if you must have the clothing you see in the windows as you wander the NYC streets. Your tour guide has insider knowledge about where and how fashion gurus like Alexander McQueen, Marc Jacobs, Jimmy Choo, Michael Kors, and Tory Burch got their start.

This tour requires good walking shoes and begins at the WindowsWear Museum inside the lobby at Berkeley College and ends in the vicinity of Central Park South at Bergdorf Goodman, 754 Fifth Avenue, which is at the corner of 58th Street and 5th Avenue.
