Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum

This Automotive Museum is home to one of the world’s largest and greatest racing car collections. There’s no need to be a racing fan though to enjoy this museum with the theme “The Spirit of Competition.” Any automotive enthusiast or just folks who want something totally different to do will find an amazing assortment of interesting old unrestored, historically significant cars on display in a diorama format that illustrates the car’s relationship to automotive history. Some of the cars have videos to enhance the experience, showing the car in an actual race. Learn about the history of sports car racing from around 1900 on through the golden age of racing in the 1970’s.

All the cars were collected over the course of about 50 years by retired neurosurgeon Frederick A. Simeone, a Philadelphia native. The collection contains more than 65 cars including Alfa Romeo, Bugatti, Mercedes, Jaguar, Bentley, Porsche, Aston Martin, Corvette, Ford, and many more. Classic, vintage, unique…this museum delivers a most impressive array of beautifully preserved racers. Young and old alike will be impressed.
